Official Ticket Giveaway Rules

  1. 1. Sponsor

    The sponsor of this giveaway is Sweet Grass Dispensary.

  2. 2. Giveaway Period

    Starts: November 1, 2025 12:00 PM EST.
    Ends: November 30, 2025 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before/after will not be eligible.

  3. 3. Eligibility

    Open to legal residents of New York who are 18+ at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the sponsor and promotion partners are not eligible.

  4. 4. How to Enter

    One entry per email email address. To enter: Complete the entry form at sweetgrassdispo.com/giveaway. No purchase necessary.

  5. 5. Prize

    Prize: Two Tickets to Beatles vs. Stones on December 10, 2025 at The Smith Opera House located at 82 Seneca St, Geneva, NY 14456. Prize does not include travel, parking, accommodations, or other incidental costs unless explicitly stated.

  6. 6. Winner Selection & Notification

    Winner(s) will be selected at random from eligible entries the first week of December 2025. If a winner does not respond within 1 day, an alternate winner will be selected.

  7. 7. Delivery of Prize

    Tickets will be available for pickup at Sweet Grass Dispensary, located at 126 E Bayard St Seneca Falls, NY.

  8. 8. Publicity

    By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  9. 9. Liability Release

    By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sweet Grass Dispensary, Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/TikTok, and each of their respective affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability arising from participation or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

  10. 10. General Conditions

    Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
